I discovered Its Personal Transformations when I saw the before and after pics of a friend.
I had been struggling with my weight and body image for most of my life which seen me try many diets however I could never stick to anything.
I joined a gym and done cardio classes but found it hard to stay motivated.
When I spoke with Elizabeth and found out that with MP I would be eating 6 times per day to build up my metabolism and exercising only 4 times per week I felt I had nothing to loose.
I was wrong!
I had kilo's!
In fact I lost 15kg!
I also learned that eating is important and that eating frequently is quite easy once you build up to it.
Elizabeth is an amazing personal training.
I've never felt so motivated as her energy and enthusiasm is infectious!
Having the accountability of PT training sessions at a scheduled time and a trainer that would check up and see how you were going was amazing.
The icing on the cake was being selected as a finalist for the 12 week transformation challenge. I really wasn't expecting that because I'd been having a good time being part of a community of amazing and fun people.
Now my self confidence has grown I love going shopping and feeling excited about choosing an outfit to go out in over the weekend. I've worn jeans for the first time in 2 years because they actually fit and Im proud to say my wardrobe consists of my than just leggings.
I feel training at It's Personal has set me up for life and my future.
I will never look back.
